RESIDENCE PROGRAM
The Grove United Residence Program provides an immersive, professional environment for players pursuing the highest levels of development within the Grove pathway. Designed for ambitious athletes from across the country and around the world, the program offers a structured, high-performance setting that allows players to train, compete, and grow while continuing their academic studies online.
Housed at a premier apartment complex just two miles from Grove United’s main training facility, residence players enjoy convenient access to elite training, sports performance staff, and year-round development resources. This structure enables Grove Soccer to bring its top talent from around the world to Richmond, uniting the best players within the Grove United network each year.
Players follow a daily schedule that integrates on-field training, strength and conditioning, video analysis, recovery, and academic coursework. Their athletic and academic progress is closely monitored by Grove United coaching and support personnel to ensure the holistic development of each individual.
Grove United has successfully moved several players from its residency program to the next level, including Onako Faletine (Richard J. Daley College) and Onesime Muepu (AS Beauvais).
The Grove United Residence Program is designed for players committed to reaching the next level—providing the structure, resources, and professional standards needed to excel both on and off the field.
